Pokerk Terms & Conditions — The Complete Rulebook for Members

By using Pokerk's website and services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Pokerk and the member.

Pokerk is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. Adults across all regions of Bangladesh are welcome to use the platform. However, use from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with Pokerk, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years must be.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may operate one account only.
• Members of the same household may register separate accounts; however, multiple accounts accessed from the same device or IP address may be flagged as suspicious.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Pokerk Support immediately. Pokerk will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Pokerk may conduct identity verification (KYC) under certain circumstances. This may require a photo of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

Please familiarise yourself with the following rules before placing bets on Pokerk. They apply equally to all members.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets that have been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Pokerk reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, Pokerk may withhold payouts until the investigation is complete.

Live Betting

Pokerk is not liable for disconnections or device issues during live betting. If a bet is placed while odds are updating, the new odds will apply.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies to single bets. This limit may vary by betting category and event. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (mobile banking).
• Deposits are typically processed instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Every withdrawal request is processed within 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is completed.
• In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, Pokerk reserves the right to review any transaction.

Pokerk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ৳5,000 in bets must be placed.

Bonus Usage Limits

• Each bonus offer may be used once only.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pokerk and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee a profit.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software for betting.
• Money Laundering: Using Pokerk's payment system for unlawful purposes.

Pokerk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or concealment of information.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Account inactive for an extended period.

If a member has a remaining balance at the time of account closure and no rule violation has been proven, that balance will be refunded. In cases where a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Pokerk believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage our members to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to support that.

• Deposit Limit: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Limiting the amount wagered within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Taking a temporary break from betting for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact Pokerk's support team in the first instance. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours.

Complaints Process

1. Submit a complaint via live chat or email.
2. Submit a description of your complaint along with supporting evidence (such as screenshots).
3. Pokerk will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. If you are unsatisfied with a decision, it can be resolved through an independent third party.

In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, Pokerk's server logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.

Pokerk reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be published on the website before any changes take effect.

Continuing to use Pokerk after any changes takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
